A good quality 550w+ PSU should be fine. The $65 Corsair 550vx sounds cheap but it is a good PSU. Anyway, can't go with PSU from Corsair, Silverstone or PC Power & Cooling.

450w is plenty to run his rig
Thanks, I thought I was the only one seeing his rig as some P4 thing with an nvidia 6200...
That rig shouldn't require more than 5 or 6 watts (just kidding, but a 450 should be fine).

Or get a ~$50 500w PSU that will do just fine for your system? You could probably power your system on a 250w PSU, I don't know why you're getting a 610w. Ridiculous.
