Go for the EP35, the E means its the new DES (Dynamic Energy Saver) version which is the EXACT same in features, looks, overclocking, etc. The only difference is the board and the whole system uses less power when DES is enabled.

@cyborg939 All I can say is the board clocks like a champ, it runs cool, stable, vdroop is minimal. There is one user on OCN that I know of that has the board at 500FSB and its perfectly stable. Not using "super voltage" either. Best board I ever used or owned. Quad core users have reported fantastic results.
