Its a murloc from the warcraft series. I still havn't decided which one I like more.. I got tired of the ichigo avatar.

ahhh, makes sense now, i was never one for warcraft so i guess it makes sense that i wouldn't recognize it. looks pretty cool though as an avatar, just threw me off, not what i'm used to seeing everywhere

Long Answer: No. Dell locks the BIOS on all their boards. I still fail to understand exactly why... I guess most people who want to overclock get an "aftermarket" (?) motherboard. If you wanted, you might be able to replace the motherboard with one that is unlocked, get it all installed, and maybe possibly you'd have a shot of booting into windows. Unlikely though, however I did get it to work once with my dad's older computer.
