Club3D 8800GT, any good?

Thread Starter
I now have a 8800gts 320. I have the option to sell it for E150, then i can buy this one http://azerty.nl/producten/product_d...ce-8800gt.html for E185. i guess that's worth it right?

My question, it this a good cooler? Has anyone experience with it? looks better than the stock IMO.

This site where they sell it, says that i need a minimum of 650watt(!) for this card, but i have a Hiper 580watt psu, is that enough? the rest of the config is sig rig

Any advice welcome

Your psu is fine. Nvidia states 450w@26amps
post #3 of 8
I see absolutely no reason why it needs 650w PSU. If you can run an 8800GTS 320MB, you can most certainly run any G92 card (8800GT or GTS 512). They require much less power.

As for that card, I personally don't know for sure. Somebody else would have to answer that one.

The card itself is great, it's an 8800! The support is what you have to worry about. Policies, support, etc. I have no knowledge on that company, so I can't say much for it...
