JamY, drop it down to 266mhz and see if your able to raise the reference clock a bit more. Try 25 - 50 mhz increments. Make sure your testing with Orthos (small ffts priority 9) to make sure the overclock is stable.
You'll most likely run into instability issues if your run your motherboard and processor at 1:1. At 1:1 your memory will be way beyond it's factory speed in terms of frequency.

Good luck

JamY, try to keep your full load temp at or below 55C. This is the average full load temp amongst other AMD overclockers as well. The worst that could happen is your machine will either restart or lockup. Don't worry there won't be any "flames or frying" going on

That max speed is theoretical and practically impossible to hit...especially if your on air. If you were to have something more extreme like L2N or phase change then it might be possible to hit 3.7Ghz.

Good luck

think3r, finally i attained 300HTT with Stable results. Down Here is a CPU-Z screen shot :-

Max Temperature Touched 53°. Not More Than That. Bencmraked up to 5hrs n 30 Mintz succesfully.
That Guide too helped me.

Thankx

JamY, good job on getting 300HTT stable

Change your multiplier back to it's stock setting (9x) and see if your stable at 2700mhz (300 * 9). Keep an eye on your memory as well. Make sure the frequency doesn't go to much over it's stock frequency. Have you tested your memory to find it's maximum safe limit yet?

Good luck

A high voltage is always your friend. Things get hotter, but more stable., Go in increments. You should be good @ 225 , You say 235 is not stable, Take up your CPU voltage and see if you can stabilize it...

think3r, according 2 the steps involved on that guide.., i cud go up too 333Mhz from stock (i.e 200

Mhz). Also i hav given a jump for the voltage i.e from 2.5 to 2.8. And hav tested it with

memtest86 succesfully. Only at 333Mhz, iam able 2 get

232.9(MemoryBus). So u think itz cool.. or i need 2 adjust somthing again...????

Well now Lemme try with [300x9] and will let u noe the results...????

JamY, make sure you also run Orthos/Prime95 at 2.8Ghz. When you say 333Mhz are you referring to your HTT (reference clock speed) or the memory frequency? I have a feeling you're referring to HTT. At 333Mhz with your memory being overclock 32.9Mhz that is not bad at all. You may start to run into stability issues when you start to raise the clock frequency with that memory overclock. Make sure to test your memory overclocks with memtest before booting into Windows. Tests 5 and 8 are the preferred tests to run.

Hope that helps
