I am planning on buying ddr pc-6400 and i am undecided, i was looking into Corsair TWIN2X2048-6400C4 and Crucial BL2KIT12864AA804 which would you recommend? Its for a m2a-vm hdmi motherboard and if you have another ram you recommend please tell me which one

I realize that overclocking is part art, part luck but I personally own both of those sets. My XMS2 does 1086 5-5-5-12 @ 2.125v and I couldn't even get both the sticks of Crucial stable at 1000 5-5-5-15 @ 2.2v. I realize that Crucial Ballistix has a good OC reputation but lately they seem to die a lot so I say stick with Corsair.

Check these out though if you have spare cash.

Yeah Although the Ballistics came highly recommended, I got them to run @ 1000Mhz @5-5-5-15 , After about 2 weeks they died and i am waiting for hopefully older style Replacement, They said they were available so I got my fingers crossed

im cant overclock my system that max it gives is 800 mhz and the memory ram that i am going to get is the same frequency
