True this is not a carbon copy of the A71B but it definitely is a Lian-Li case. IMO the Rocketfish is better for anyone wanting to mod up some watercooling. There's the nice gap above the motherboard and the removable hard drive cages will easily give someone a place to mount a MCP655 (or equivalent).

For air-cooling the A71 is the better choice considering it has more fans and (from the looks of things) better airflow.

The A71 starts out at $239.99 at Performance-PCs so the Rocketfish is many, many times the better value.

There are many interchangeable A71 panels that will make the rocketfish a better air cooled case, I've seen one with a dual 120mm fan port on the top, and there are some on the side panels as well.

Will they fit on the Rocketfish? I'm thinking no.

Yes.

If you look at this, you will see that it is an identical top panel as the Rocketfish. Installation may require drilling out some rivets, but that's no big problem.

I don't see any specs on the top panel.

Even 1 mm will throw off the fit and finish.

Case design is the same. Just some internals are different. It would be a huge waste of money if Lian Li had two similar designs but decide to manufacture them differently.

Are there any pre-fabbed panels for a triple?

There are no rivets on the top panel of the rocketfish :-þ. They are philips machine screws.
