Depends on if he has a good chip. I'm stable at 1.26v in windows at 4Ghz

Thats about what i get, I'm not even so sure the load temps are right. My core 0 stays at about 52c and the the other at about 60c on load.
I have been going by the CPU temp instead of the cores (even though its on a different sensor). For me, thats usually pretty close to the core temps.. i think..
