New Intel C2D Build

Ok Guys and Gals

I'm going to be upgrading my computer and hopefully order the new parts tonight. My Budget is $700-800 and i will be upgading 4 core parts. Cpu, Motherboard, Ram, and Videocard. Im sure that i will also need a new PSU so 5 core parts. If you guys could link me some stuff that would be in that price range but still as close to date as possible. Thanks alot!

I'm a little behind on the current stuff but I can catch up pretty quick. Heres what i have so far.

Memory - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820145034
CPU - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819115029 Can that price be right!?

After that I'm kinda lost onto what mobo to get... as for the video card...

I'd love a nice new 8800 but I'm not sure i can get it in that price range.

Thanks again guys!

What's the main purpose of the system, gaming, web surfing or other?

ATI or Nvidia or whatever fits your budget?
