I really like it. It has a wide range of options for OCIng the memory, and I've reached an FSB of 475 so far with it.
The X38 chipset can take a lot of voltage, and the heatpipe on this board is up to the task. My temps range only about 5C from idle to load with a whopping 1.63V going through it.
THe negatives are that it overvolts the RAM according to the sensors, however the actual values are actually really close. I adjust accordingly just to be sure....can't get my multimeter in the DIMM slots good enough.
Some people say it's picky with memory, but it's really just the memory requiring too much VDIMM to POST with the SPD timings/frequencies.....however GeIL memory alleviates this with specially programmed SPD tables. My Crucial Ballistix had this problem, so I sold it....GSkill DDR2-1000, GeIL Esoterias and Evo Ones have all POSTed after a BIOS flash with no issues.
I haven't run RAID on it, so I can't really comment there.
This board was quite the pain in the arse when it first came out
.....but that's all been solved by BIOS updates.
