Crysis Bench Questions

Thread Starter
Okay Im doing an experiemnt with Crysis benchmarks right now...

Im currently doing the following tests: 1280x1024 NoAA,64bit,DX10,V.high spec / same but with 2xAA, then run those same two under DX9 64bit

Im guessing this is a good way to thorrohly test my system...

But what map do I use? I have been using Assault harbor, is this right? lol.. Or should I use both of the other two? or what?

I run the benchmark_gpu test, but IDK if any of the benchmarks are "better". BTW, what FPS do you get?

Have you tried the Crysis 1.05 Benchmark tool, very handy in changing settings and knowing what to use? Google it and you'll find it. Here's some more info that may help with your tests, at least for comparison.

All high settings DX9/DX10 is a good one to use. I get the same slump in DX10, and it really bugs me, practically cuts my framerate in half.
