Intel Build HDD question

Thread Starter
When i originally built my Intel Computer about a year ago, I was short on cash. I had to buy a 320Gb drive. But now i'm almost out of space so I want to upgrade to a TB or 750GB drive..

But my question is:
Can I use the bigger drive as my master by transfering data to the larger drive and wiping the old clean?

What I mean is I don't want to go through that process of having to reinstall windows and move all that stuff manually. I know that I have to have windows installed on the big drive first, but I'm only wondering if I can pretty much just transfer those files to the new drive and use it as my primary and change the 320Gb to my slave. So it would be like nothing changed except the drive size

Yes you can, just make shure both drives are attached. Go my computer and then open both drives and transfer files. I did the same thing before and i had the same question.
