Scheduling to fold only at night

Thread Starter
Hey all,
I have access to several servers, but I don't want the folder to run during the day, only at night.
Is there a way to schedule the machines to fold on during off-peak hours (let's say 5PM-8AM)?

as far as i know, you will have to do it manually. i don't believe there is a timer system in place.

And why don't you just let it run 24/7? It will back off when an application needs the CPU.

The software doesn't have any sort of scheduling programmed in it. You might be able to find some sort of 3rd party timing software that is application specific.

But like the one guy said, it doesn't affect the performance of the server/computer. When setting up the software just choose "idle". That means it'll ONLY run at 100% CPU as long as nothing else is running. All other applications and services run at full speed. The software is designed to only use up spare CPU cycles. In other words, it'll only eat the leftovers

Down-low is about right, but if only eats the crumbs, than that's cool.
Thanks!
