Play on a table or desk?
Lap coolers really don't do anything.

Don't be worried about your laptop's heat. It's been thoroughly tested for heat problems I'm sure, and I can guarantee if it DOES get too hot, it will clock down your CPU/GPU until it cools down again. The only time I have that happen on my 6000 is when I've got it on a cushy surface, and the fan doesn't get enough air.

You can raise the back up by about 0.5" to 1" and it will help. Or keep it on a flat surface.

Also, I forgot to mention that laptop components are always created with much higher heat tolerances than desktop components. Most laptop processors are fine up to 80c (sometimes higher), and most laptop gfx cards are good up to 110c or so.
