Sorry about the quality of the picture, but I had to make it fast. Here is a re-creation of the original event. I popped my CPU out first though so it is not an exactly how it happened, but pretty damn close.

Maybe not because you bought it well over a month ago. I know NCIX only does RMAs for 30 days after the purchase. Send them an rma ticket though and see what they can do. At the very least, they'll help you through the process of a manufacturer rma.
