Thanks for the input guys...

My new phone needs to have build in wifi, so the blackjack II is out...

I dont do much emailing, or messaging, i mainly want the phone to be able to surf where ever there is wifi... I don't need it for work or anything, just to check my gmail, and school email, and of course, checking out OCN!

Wait for N96 or Xperia X1. Both are superior to whatever phones are on the market now. Q2-Q3 2008 release dates.

I have N95-1 (the normal N95) and it works just perfectly.. OCN works like a charm on it, and email features are good aswell.. you can make it to automaticaly check emails on selected days between selected times with selected interwalls and many many more great options.. and well, i recommend checking out many places for this, as the price varies allot..! i have seen places selling it for 650€ and cheapiest so far have been 399€ in a local store

edit..! oh yeah.. if you're worried about scratching the screen; i have had my N95 for over a year now, and i keep my keys in the same pocket with my N95, and theres no scratches on the screen.. only a very little scratch on one of the chrome parts..

and dont forget the 5Mpix camera

look at my hand

Honestly, with all the changes in the works I would really go with an iphone. You may be concerned with scratching the screen, but honestly it's really hard to do. If you are concerned just get a $5 skin for the front and your set. I actually like it even more than a naked from because my fingers slide a little better. I'm not a huge apple fan but they did produce the best phone I have ever seen.

While I agree that the iPhone will get some scuffing, the screen itself is spectacular. It's virtually scratch proof, as in you REALLY need to put some effort into scratching it. Plus you can get these screen protectors that are virtually invisible, and they're only $15 for 2 at the Apple store.

I love mine as it serves all my needs quite well. I recommend the iPhone!

i think I'm going to go for the iphone unless i can find a reasonable excuse to go for the N95. I'm liking the more or less, open platform of the symbian os over the not so open os on the iphone. I looked at the SDK for the iphone that just came out, and its not that great. Huge limitations in what you can and cant do...

The iphone can be had for like 400 bucks at the att store, but my contract just expired, and im not quite ready to jump the gun on signing another 2yr contract...

I'm going to keep my eyes open on ebay and such, but not expecting much... It's ebay...

But i think its pretty much settled between whatever phone i can get for the better price. iPhone or N95.

Links!!!! i know you know where to get these things without contracts!! Show me!
