hi there,
i'm new in this website.hope someone can help me out. this is what i have
asus p5b premium vista edition
Apevia Black X-Cruiser Case ATX Mid-Tower Case with Clear Side
quad core q66002.4ghz
XFX GeForce 7300 GT Video Card - 512MB DDR2
tagan itz series 700watts
750gb hard drive

MASSCOOL 8WA741 92mm Ball CPU Cooler. i know this kinda cheap for a cooling system, but willing to upgrade if i know how to overclock.

Corsair Dual Channel TWINX PC6400 DDR2 800MHz E.P.P. Memory i have four of these, but only put in two in my computer.i don't know if i should put all four in. each is 1gb.

What motherboard do you have, OCing really comes down to the motherboard and if the BIOS is locked or not.

To OP: Yes, your system should be decently overclockable.

Yes. You can. You have an Asus P965 chipset board and quad-core processor. You may need a better cooler if you have a B3 Q6600.

What RAM do you have?

thanks for answering my question!!so basically i got to buy a better cooling system right. what do you guy recommend for $80? one more important thing i never mention before. i never overclock before. i only read alot of article of how to do it, but i have hard time understand it. is there someone nice enough to give me a quick lesson?
