Well it's Galaxy's card, it doesn't have the qmonda ram chips like the EVGA XFX ect, it has Samsung which are rated for 2000mhz. Now EVGA XFX BFG, they might have switched to Samsung chips by now i'm not really sure. But another great feature with the Galaxy is that it has a voltage jumper that will allow you to go past the 1.1v you can get with the BIOS mod on the EVGA XFX BFG cards, hence the 780ghz core and 1900 shader
. But yeah all of this is stable and would do 3dmark06 with no problem on XP. Actually when I had vista a while ago with my 7800gtx I had these not responding problems too. So I don't know i'm going to keep looking for solutions.
