Yeah... I'll be using a 680i board when i OC the Q6600, I just want to know what everyone's voltages are, I feel it's best to see the average and compare mines.
you all know... better to run average with the crowd, then try and burst things up lol... so much safer.
Your Overclocking results will depend mostly on the processor that you have, its VID value and the MotherBoard that you will be using.
Low VID values of the processor allow you to reach a higher speed at lower temps and correspondingly lower voltages.
I run mine 24/7 at 3.7GHz on 1.300v set in the Bios, CPUz shows 1.296v under load and 1.31v at idle. This has been Primed 95 for 10h.
