Anything to make crysis xp SLi run better?

Just got SLi 8800GTX and the crysis performance on xp on high setings isnt much better.
Any ideas why.
I still have to patch it so thats part of the problem.

Ptching Crysis isn't gonna help. Did you enable Sli mode in nVida control panel?

Thought there was one for XP for dual cards, but yeah it might just be for vista. Well all I can say is update your drivers, make sure you are in SLI (does 3dmark for example benefit?) and then patch up crysis and run the benchmark tool a few times to compare and get an average.

Seeing as 1.1 is required for SLI to work right.... What makes you think that.
