Ghot, make sure to try out txtmstrjoe and duke's suggestions.

Let us know how it goes when you get your new memory

folks while appreciate the help...posting just to post is noobish...post count means nothing

I already told Duke i tried those settings...why you all just repeat what he said?
I asked one simple question....anyone have a NAA9G 5000BE......yes or no......I don't care what some guy on AMDGeeks has. BTW if you actually read his OC's you would see he had to run 1.59vcore which I dont even have. Further he got 71C at 3.2+Ghz

Face it...i got a lemon..thats all the more complicated it gets......I ran Exodusprime1337's tests just like i did from the OC-ing guide 2 weeks ago...they haven't changed. They arent going to change...I cant add more CPU<>NB voltage than my BIOS allows, same for all the other settings. you truly wanna help go this link and then come back and tell me my CPU aint the bottle neck.....

http://www.overclock.net/amd-cpus/25...n-club-36.html

There is only one reason why the 5000 BE is now only found on newegg.com and is only $89.....there running out...they down to the last BIN of 5000 BE's at AMD...ya know the crap ones.

Ghot, I'm not to sure if your post was directed at me or not. We're just here trying to help you. Bad attitude won't get you anywhere. Just because your having problems doesn't mean you need to get negative
Have you found the limits of each component yet (memory, processor and motherboard)? This is something you need to find out firt before trying to push for an OC.

Good luck

I too also have to take my 5000+ BE out in a day or so, so I can reply to this thread again later on about that.

But just little experience talk on this CPU, I have always have this CPU on a M2A-MVP from ASUS, it is Crossfire 1600 board, anyways, I can never reach 3.2Ghz no matter what i do, same setting everything except no video card on a half of it's price M2N-MX-SE i was able to do 200x16 on the supposely worse board (NF430 with 6100GF) with 1.37v setting on bios (and CPUZ show 1.42v)

Guys...I dont care about OC-ing right now....I asked a simple questio as in the Thread title...
does anyone have this EXACT CPU (5000 B.E.)
ADO5000IAA5DS
NAA9G 0746DPOW

I AM getting a bad attitude because there have been like 15 posts and noone has answered my initial question.
The date code aka 0746 does not matter....the rest is what I am asking about.
Especially the Italicized and bold parts. Most important to me is the BOLD number.

Ghot, as stated in my previous post (5#), I tried to post a link to an OC with the same stepping "NAA9G" which I was hoping would let you know that someone else was able to OC pass 3Ghz. You stated in your first post that there was a "3Ghz vcore wall".

Good luck

Dude he has a ADO5000IAA5DO not a ADO5000IAA5DS I dont think you really understand these numbers. I tried to make it clear as possible.....I want to know if anyone has a ADO5000IAA5DS AND NAA9G on the SAME CPU....anything else is apples and oranges.....even AMD tech support hasn't found the answer yet at the supervisor level. Please for my sake and the sake of the post length do not reply unless the CPU is EXACTLY this.........

ADO5000IAA5DS
NAA9G 0746DPOW the ONLY portion that is unimportant is the week code in my case its 0746.

I know your trying to help but all youre accomplishing is driving me insane and making this post 50feet long.
