Have you tried running the RAM @ 2.2v-2.25v (I know you said 2.175v because of the overvoltage issues, but those sticks should be safe up to 2.3v) and the NB @ 1.41v?

RAM voltage shouldn't be an issue, mine runs at 1.8V with 4x1GB. Make sure the molex header on the motherboard is plugged in and try swapping the RAM sets into the opposite channels.

Thank you everyone for all your help I hate when things go wrong with my rig but the geek in me loves to learn something new.

If anyone else has any other ideas please throw it out there or my poor board is going to ABIT on Monday.
