will the liquid coming out of the rad be cooler than the liquid going into it?

i would assume so. but some say the water is the same temp all through out especially if you have the pump on high. i have mine going pump/cpublock/reservoir/rad/pump

tho it would make some sense that the water coming out of the rad would be cooler and then get/ pick up heat after it goes through the cpu block, but again i don't know of any experiments.
