ok i need a intel board that will do atleast 500fsb if not more. needs to be under 80 bucks. but if its less than that the happier ill be.

sorry! take the name of that board, go to NCIXUS.com and search for it there, even cheaper. voila! or go to newegg.com, they should all have it

I haven't tested the extreme limits of this board, but I think the Abit IP35-E ($60 AR) or the Gigabyte DS3L if you can find it cheap are your best bets....$80 doesen't go too far in the long run but these are very capable boards that should get you close. There's also a promo code that will get the Abit IP35-E shipped free.

The IP35-E may hit 500 fsb on a dual core. A budget ($90 under) P35 board most likely won't hit 500 fsb with a quad.

Adding $10 for the DS3L will save you lots of problems, then it's a time/cost benifit, do you think that saving $10 is worth the hours you might spend troubleshooting that other cheap board?
