Then I guess something is seriously wrong with my Big Typhoon install?

I have 2 80mm exhaust fans on my case too. Maybe I should sort out the problems on my current build before moving onto a new one

i just bought a Bit Typhoon,i still havent opened it,would it be a good idea to return it and get a better cooler for about the same price ($50).

^^ whats a good place to get a Tuniq tower 120?...they dont carry them at Frys.

how bout an Asus arctic square?

I have a big typhoon with my q6600 B3 and i got around 65-68 C with prime95
and with my room temp @ 30C, i reckon its not such a bad cooler as you think

Back to the BT, if its lapped properly, has a good fan, which you'll need with a TRUE anyway, and the TIM is applied correctly, the BT should be able to do the job.
