Good post. Actually point number 9 u got there, it happens a lot. People send them in with a broken DC port and expect a free repair - forget it

Also people that send in notebooks for RMA and then lie about what happened or give some weird reason like "HDD maybe broken" (while a can of coke has been spilled all over the keyboard and the customer tried cleaning it). I'm guessing they don't know that if we remove the keyboard we can see all traces of liquid damage
