I got a pretty easy and stable OC at 3.24GHZ on my EVGA 780i.
1.35 in BIOS, 1.296 in CPU-Z
Goes down to 1.264 under 100% load.
1440.0mhz FSB, 360mhz bus, x9 multiplier.
4GB (1gbx4) 1066mhz 5-5-5-15
I cant seem to go over 3.26 ghz while still keeping it stable, though.
oh yeah its a g0 revision..id be happy with it as it is if it was a b3 lol
Ive gotten its stable at 3.0GHZ on 1.28Vcore. Is this the most i can squeeze out of it? How can i make it stop lowering the voltage when its under load, its stupid
. If it would let me keep the voltage the same i could probably get 3.3.

My temps on 5 mins idle are:
(thanks to a new intake blowing air right above the Ultra)
on 100% load for 10 mins:
69, 68, 56, 54
the top fan lowered my temps by about 5 degrees C
, leaving some extra headroom. Im comfortable with temps up to a max of 75C after 15 mins of load.
Any tips? i dont want to reset the huge cooler, but im looking to know more about limiting my...Vdroop? drop? whatever that is. Also, do you recommend changing volages on anything else? Im running SLI but the 670mhz cards are running pretty cool thanks to a 90mm fan blowing right through the middle of them. THANKS! FIRST POST FTW!
