Zalman GV-1000

Thread Starter
Just seeing if anyone has experienced the Zalman GV-1000 or know of any reviews of it online...

Thinking about getting one for my 8800GT (since stock cooler is horrific to say the least)

Also, does anyone know what color the LED is?

so they recommend getting the extra RAM heatsinks sold seperately to be used with all 8800 cards?

Zalman GV1000 PDF here <----------

Will work great for the 8800GT, is almost identical to the VF1000, just has a faster fan speed and is nickel-coated for a better / thermalright look. The LED color is RED.

Ok I have a Inno3D GTS250 green 512Mb and i want to overclock it,but obviously the stock cooler isn't going to cut it.So i'v been researching and i found the zalman Z-Machine GV1000 (http://www.zalman.com/ENG/product/Pr...ad.asp?Idx=283) and out of all the coolers iv looked at,this seems to be the only one compatible with my card,so my question is if anyone has this cooler or had this cooler id like to know how good of a job it does when overclocking, refrence to any other coolers will be helpfull
