So I'm about to RMA my wii because it has had many problems since the day I got it but I was go lazy to RMA it and before my warranty expires I decided to send it out now, but too bad I won't be getting another WII but hopefully cash and not replacement for other products from compusa internet website...my question about the wii is, the virtual games, are they lost forever? or once i log on with my new wii would they be saved?

If you saved them onto a SD card you can just plug to SD card into your new Wii. If they were on the system memory I'm not sure if you can get them back. I bet if you have trouble and you contact Nintendo though, they'll allow you too.
