I see that you runing Vista Home Premium 64 did you try Ultimate 64?
What BIOS are you using?

Also, I cant install Vista with 4GB w/o a BSOD, but once I install the 4GB 'fix' or SP1 for Vista its fine.

Yea, I would recommend looking into a Maximus Formula or one of the 780I's.

I have had 2 P5N32-E's die on me so far, all in under 6 months of use.

Great overclocks, but a royal pain in the neck to overclock, plus the high death rate.

Make sure you get tons of air flow over the heatsinks, they get volcanically hot.

Your better buying a newer, less expensive 780i from EVGA
I put in a second vote for the evga 780i board. I have had no problems with it and it has great features for a lower price than the striker. Ive never owned a striker but a friend of mine has had great success with his striker II...so its hit or miss
