Way to increase fan speed

Thread Starter
Is their a way to increase the fan speed without a controller. Im trying to speed it up, not adjust it. It runs very slow, and blows no air. Its some cooler master 120mm fan and its performance sucks.

If its not hooked up to a fan controller or set to a manual speed in the bios its already running 100%.

It might just be one of those quiet fans and doesn't move alot of air.

Well... if it's 5v you could mod it to use the 12v, other than that no.

If you have a step-up transformer or 12v+ dedicated PSU. Otherwise, get a new fan...
