Fist water cooling system

Thread Starter
This is my first system I have ever built, and this is my first experience with water cooling as well. The reason I want to water cool is because I plan on eventually overclocking my q6600 to 3.0 GHz, and I basically want to be able to leave it this way and not have to worry about stability or overheating. I am running all of the fans in my case on high right now, and with stock cooling I am getting around 40 degrees average for my core temps on idle. I hope to be able to get the same or better with an overclocked water cooled set up as well. Anyway, this is the water system I hope to build... remember I have no experience so if this setup is no good please feel free to let me know if it sucks...

Thanks to anyone who can help me with this... this is about the price I want to spend right now. I only plan on cooling the cpu for now... later when I trade in my 8800 gtx for a 9800 gtx I'll want to add that onto the loop as well. Will this system be able to handle the cpu and gpu? Also, what kinds of fittings will I need with this? Again thanks for any help.

Well is it for your right fist or your left fist?

Right fist gets a lot of activity running the mouse so I would go with a MCR 320...left fist mainly stroking WASD and the occasional F to snag ammo...probably could get away with a MCR 220.

A Thermochill PA160 or PA120.2 would be good if you are ambidextrous.
