I layed it all out to them. I just told them that I ordered the board and received the email stating I was entitled to the $29.99 price once the item was back in stock. So they had me send them the email, then they had me hold for 5 min while they got verification from the Newegg deity. Then they changed my order to reflect the $29.99 price!
I also placed my order Sunday night when the open box was available again (I was checking newegg 3xs a day!) for $299.99. I then contacted them at 7:30 AM the next morning before the board would ship out, and had them change the price.
