GA-965P-DS3P cooling

Hi,

I have 2 60MM fans with an 3 pin and I want to attach them to the northbridge because it gets quite hot. The problem is I have a zalman 9700LED and it covers some on the heatsink. Has anybody attached fans to this motherboard northbridge heatsink? And how would I do it?

Also, I have an OCZ Memory Cooler which I cannot fit on this montherboard due to my gfx card which gets in the way, has anybody found out a way to get it on? If so, show me some pics etc

Thanks.

You can't use the thumb screws on the bottom of the memory cooler. Put the bottom bracket on with the regular screws and then use the thumb screws for the top. The heads of the bottom screws should be just barely above your Video card, tight fit but will work.

As far as the Northbridge, I used an after market cooler with a different cpu cooler so cant really help you there but that Northbidge definately does get hot, good luck.

Yea with the OCZ memory cooler, I didn't use the thumb screw and it didn't still fit
