Subtract the cost of the card that is eligible for the step up from the cost of the 9800Gx2, but only EVGA cards bought within the past 120 are eligible.

You give your current EVGA card back to EVGA for the purchase price and apply it towards the new card.

I think you are just inside of the window, go onto their website and register your product and it will tell you whether your window is still good or not.

Yep, You need your receipt or invoice indicating the price paid and you will get credit for it towards the 9800GX2. You have to pay shipping both ways and your warranty stays the same, but still a great deal. Personally, I'm waiting for the 9800GTX. I really don't need a power sucking space heater in my room, it's hot enough as it is. But all of you cool people have fun with your space heaters, LOL.
