E8400 overclocking

hi i made my first overclock to my e8400 the only thing i changed is the cpu freq. to 370 and the mhz are 3.33 .i want to know if its ok for the health of cpu and if i can make it 3.6 and how.my pc has cpu e8400 , motherboard pk5 se asus , and for know i have memory ddr2 667 kingston. iwould like to tell me if you which memory is best to buy ddr2800 or ddr2 1066 for maximum game?thank you for your time

You can easily reach 3.6 with stock voltage i guess. or some additional voltage.
400X9 will make it 3.6G and you can oc your 667 mem to 800 to make it 1:1 ratio.
I'm pretty sure your mem can run at 800 becuz your setting is very similar to my previous setting.
so make it 400FSB and set the DRAM:FSB ratio 1:1 and run it,
If it doesn't work put some more voltage.
