Yeah no point upgrading to play CSS. Getting a new 45nm chip and mobo to match then overclocking it to 4Ghz would probably give you better performance in CSS (if you even need it).

Are you aiming for like 1000fps in CSS or something like that?

You got a pretty nice setup already, so I don't think you need anything else right now.

your mb is fine, not the best but fine,, I would go the Quad route if I were you, no need for the overkill on the gpu area if your not even gonna use it.

ya its worth the money. just right nwo the drivers suck for it but in the future this vid card will pwn.

EVGA 680i or 780i if u wanna go sli in the future and quad. if not get a x48.

for your games, your better off upgrading something else at this time


but with Nahalem so close....I would wait to upgrade anything - then you can have an 8-Core CPU and Uber Video card because you know how to save money right?
