The CPU was the heavily OCed one @ 5+ Ghz
I'm sorry, but you are completely full of it. He hit 949 MHz on the core for the 30k run. The moderately OC'd GX2 score was 24793.

Well correct me if i'm wrong, but if you look @ game benchies in 1 of the reviews, gx2 came out better then the 3870X2... The 3Dmark number is exciting to see, but for me it's the ingame performence that counts

But again. That is ONE 9800GX2.
Umm no,
Both are on LN2 look at the picture and those insane clocks would be impossible on air

Came slightly above,
also $200!!! more, and also, i dont think its fair to relaly say yet, until both drivers are optimized and we cant compair 3870x2 on air, to 9800GX2 on LN2
espcially paired with a 5.6ghz quad

don't worry, nvidia-ites already have.

Those scores are high, but they simply do not represent real world performance. Pit Quad SLI against Quad X2's on a stock CPU, or even one that's reasonably overclocked, but under 4Ghz. Then you'll have meaningful results.

Dont forget that we still dont know how Quad Sli is going to scale, and the reason nvidia has better in game performance is becuase they pay for it,(correct me if i am wrong) 3dmark shows actually how fast or strong the card is.
