As I try to find a new way of quickly reformatting my pc and laying back in all my software, I cant help but think, how often do you reformat your drive or that alike?
I tend to do mine 1 to 2 times a month.

I run my computer to death, and as little as I have to, I do. I used to be at 1-3 times a month, then it was like 1 time every 2 months, then it went down to once every six months or so, now it's as rare as can be.

Jeez, maybe 2 times a year? Unless I get infected by spyware that get really nasty... Why in the world would you need to reformat over 10 times a year? Sounds a tad overzealous...

I use imaging software quite often (Acronis True Image), reformat maybe once a year but I like to get my setup the way I like it then create an image. When I make a major change I'll overwrite the old one if it's solid. Only takes a few minutes to restore my system using a boot cd and it's still solid even though it's a restoration as opposed to format/re-install and takes very little time.
