Please Overclock.net forums, pimp my system?

Hi everyone.

Recently I purchased a XFX780i motherboard and it’s been working great for the past couple of months. During this time I have done a lot of research in Google regarding the features in my motherboard, terminology and over-clocking in general. During my research, this site came up several times in Google so I decided to join and maybe get some help from the seasoned over-clocking veterans.
I apologize if I’m posting this in the wrong category (please move it if so) so let me start with the specifications.
As I said above, I am running a XFX780i motherboard with the following specs:

So, based on these specs i have done the following changes in the BIOS of my motherboard: Please see the attached PDF file and advise.
Basically, i am not looking to live my life on the edge or pushing my luck to the limit. I'm basically looking for a 10% increase of my current system (don't know if 10% is too much).
So, please overclock.net forum members, can you pimp my system?

10% is definitely not much. Most people here run 60% and above.

Did you already buy the pressler Extreme edition? If not, consider a Core 2 Duo.

Yes, i've had Pressler for a while, when i get some more money i'll go with the Core 2 Duo.
So, 10% is not much? All right, but like i said, i don't want to live my life on the edge.
Maybe 30-50% increase. I don't know. Take a look at my attached pdf file and let me know.

Thanks.
