What else is there? A drill for drilling holes and maybe some duck tape or electrical tape. Thats all i've ever used anyway.

electrical supply places will have the expandable sleeving, heat shrink, and zip ties. usually the cheapest route and you can buy it buy the foot.

ace hardware and home depot have zip ties and heatshrink (but usually not the sleeving) but will be more expensive

and then there are online pc places but they usually want boo-koo dinero

stay away from radio shack though, their stuff sucks

cable management isn't a thing, its an idea. It basically is the act of organizing cables and wires in your computer case, both for function (clutter, airflow) and better aesthetics (looks). This is accomplished by tucking away loose cables, bundling similar cables, and general housekeeping. Some people, like myself, have drilled holes in various places in my case to make this easier to hide. Try things like zip-ties, tape, bundles of cables, and eventually, drilling to hide loose ends.
