If I said the whole thing were crap, then you might have a point. But as it is I merely said the pavement needed work, and I wasn't the only one who said the image was photoshopped so sue me. A simple opinion isn't going to rain on your parade unless you take it personally so you only have yourself to blame for caring.

Once again, you said it needed work over and over. It only needed to be said once; that's what's annoying about it. That and your avatar.

I got to admit that looks sweet. Why the hell can't NFS look that good or even better on the PC?

Since when have you played ANY racing "simulator" were the camera is not directly behind the car as if you were controlling it via remote or in a first person perspective. They're bullshots dubbed as 'gameplay' just to get the hype bandwagon going, which seems to be working given this thread.
Take it you've never seen the B-Spec mode in GT4?

Personally I stopped believing anything Sony says after the whole Killzone 2 thing. Sony has publicly lied to us concerning whether or not something is actually gameplay. Remember the Killzone trailer at E3 05(or was it 06?) that Sony hyped as being "realtime gameplay" which was proven to actually be prerendered using a high powered computer a week after the show?

You are not the only one who doesn't know that
It happened with RFOM and now RFOM2 also. The PS marks are clearly visible on the SS.

GT5 should be a great game just as the racers before it but what boggles me is that the game play videos look NOTHING like these screen shots. The cars look fantastic in the actual game play but the people, trees, ground, etc look like garbage.

I think that GRID overall looks better. I don't know for sure if GT5 has a full destruction system but GRID looks just as good, and you can crash into a buddy knocking his windshield out, rip his rear end off or smash the whole front end of his car into a pulp.

GRID probably does look better, but it's so much more arcade than GT5P

Thats entirely debatable given that we've only seen little bits and pieces. If it is even somewhat customizable, ill take it! The physics in that game are SICK.
