....... I ask again, ?????

And that comparison means almost nothing, considering the fact you are comparing two different physical systems. There are a multitude of variables that can affect the final scores.

Never forget that the speed of a computer is limited by the slowest component on the computer. A low score can be caused by a slow hard drive. It can be caused by slow ram, bad motherboard chipset, bad drivers, Vista, the total number of worthless items you have running on the system and what those items are, also bad drivers are a big cause of low scores, heck even a faulty network card can cause problems during the test, power supply, hrm I am probably missing some components that can add to connection problems.

As to the Bottle neck concept? As Choggs says where is the

I love people that do comparisons on the different systems and tell us what hardware they are using but fail to list what drivers are being used. They also fail to mention what programs are running in the background.

I have no proof, but there defiantly seems to be a bottleneck somewhere. Maybe it is just the lack of high processor clocks on the Phenoms. Hopefully the new SB750 or the new 4000 series cards will allow us to open them up a little more.
