150GB Raptor Worth It?

How much of increase would i see by using a Raptor?

thinking of getting 2 for RAID but not sure if tis worth the cash

FPS wise - none

Load chops would be reduced and windows would feel much more responsive. Game load times would be much faster.

You will definetly see some improvements, but the price is the killer. If that isnt an issue, I would say go for it. Otherwise, just get a nice pair of 500 Gb Seagate 7200.11 drives and run them in RAID. Right now, Tigerdirect has them for $99 each, and thats with no rebates.
