You can take out some of the guess work for us if you fill in your system specs here.

But I just want to warn you, make sure the system is stable when you flash. Otherwise you will brick the board! I would load defaults, then set the proper ram voltage. Then reboot and flash the bios.

First thing to do after flashing the bios is to CLR CMOS.

You set a 1900 QDR without adding any voltage to the SPP or FSB voltage (you left them on auto). With a 475 FSB (1900 QDR) you will need 1.5v to both of them (I think the 780i only goes to 1.45v on FSB voltage, so get it as close as you can). You also might need more CPU vcore.

The x6 multi is the lowest possible multi the conroes can be set at, so for whatever reason, the board set it to that.

I bet the 1700 QDR is in your FSB hole. The FSB Hole is a Frequency your board does not like to boot at. I would recommend starting at 400 FSB (1600 QDR) and work up from there. You cant be making the extreme jumps like you are, it is not good practice.

Run CPU-Z and see what voltage is reported while in windows. That will let us know what vcore the auto setting is using.

I typed this all while watching your video, so it is in that order.

Ok, My voltage is (this is from CPU-Z) It goes from 1.35 to 1.210, and even down to 1.92. I forgot to disable all those speedstep things and crap. Be right back.
