S-FLEX are the best known fans with this configuration. Some say the Noctua NF-P12 are better, some say they aren't. The Scythe S-FLEX SFF21F is very well known, and I have yet to read any bad comment about it.

Unless you can get ahold a Sanyo Denki San Ace 109R1212H1011 and a fan controller, get the S-FLEX model on that link. Totally worth the money.
