Well, if you think about it, GPUs really are just that. You can run (well, sort of, you can compile C++ for them...) normal code on them, and it works, it's just really slow if not in parallel.

So in theory, if they could get a bunch of P1 equivalents with low heat output and put them all together in a small package, they have a GPU in a CPU.
