I guess. But it's too late, I already drank the Kool-Aid.

Windows 7 is not a NEW OS. It has a different kernel..but they are calling it an interim release. The next NEW OS will be Windows 8.

I like how this article makes it sound like Windows is losing somehow...they still dominate 80% of new PC sales!

Mac are SO EXPENSIVE!

People that complain about Microsoft are watching to many Apple commercials and have no knowledge on what they are talking about...UGH.

Linux rigs can be potentially free. Find some old parts in local computer shops that they'll just give you, (it can happen, trust me) and build an el-cheapo Linux rig!

Just curious. Considering the mac book air hasn't even been out that long.....

I think they used to be primarily a "niche" market, but people are starting to try new things. Their market share is certainly growing.

Another article written by an idiot who has never used Vista but somehow doesn't like it
How is it obvious he hasn't used it? And because you haven't had a SINGLE problem with x64 vista ultimate, no one should? Your experience determines everyone else's? Come, now.

Not THAT expensive. They are certainly priced somewhat higher, but it is made up in the software it comes with. Whether or not you think the software is worth it is up to you. That's why you have a choice - either get it if you like it or don't if you don't like it.

At least spell Linus' name right if he's your "hero".

What I read about Vienna it sounded as though MS was trying to take a stab at developing a Mac type user interface.
