Can't seem to stabilize... :(

I can't get my computer stable at 3.8GHz. I wouldn't be complaining, but I got it to 4.0GHz. It's very interesting. I can do anything I want, except ORTHOS fails after about 10 minutes. Here are some stats that might be of some help.

CPU
Pentium D (2.66GHz) overclocked to 3.8GHz @ 1.4250 Vcore

RAM
1GB (2x512) Corsair 667MHz overclocked to 800MHz: 5-4-4-31 @ 1.9 V

I don't know if I need to loosen the RAM timings more or what. I also tried to give the NB another .1 V (can only be 1.4 or 1.5) because I read that might eventually need more voltage in extreme overclocks. When I gave the NB more voltage the system became even more unstable. Maybe I am overvolting I don't even know haha.

Thanks guys!

Idle right now my temp is 32°C. Under load, I don't know. Every monitoring tool I have fails. When I do SuperPi it goes to 61, on one core. When I do ORTHOS (both cores) it (everest) reports 60, then jumps to 120 then the CPU temp completely disappears. I believe it can't report both cores so it adds them together. But I got a thermal gun and shot the copper block right above the processor and it said 59-60°C. So I believe my cores under full load go to about 60. On the othe rhand, had my processor actually hit 120C it should shut down... wouldn't it?
