everything comes with it. it even comes with some fairly decent thermal compound. i replaced it with a scythe ultra kaze or whatever it's called. it pushes 110CFM at 2000rpms. temps are pretty good. I lapped it as well.

Though i know lapping will give better pperformance, is it essential for the TT120 to give good performance like it is for the TRUE? Cos from what im reading if you dont lap the TRUE its a waste of money and lapping is essential. Is the same for TT120? or is it plug and play and if you want to go that extra mile then you have the option to.

the stock surface on the tuniq looked pretty decent to me. I haven't seen the stock surface of the TRUE but I did notice after lapping my TT120 (and not the CPU) and swappin the fan, my temps dropped about 4-5*C under load.

Honestly, I'd say lapping a heastink is relatively easy. For the cost of about $20 in sand paper it is well worth it. It doesn't take too much time, I probably spent about 2 hours for the entire thing, taking my time of course.

I highly recommend getting some articlean if you are gunna lap the HS.
